I’m Paul Harper, a radio DJ based in Glasgow. When I’m not busy presenting my drive-time show on Heart I can be found interviewing celebrities, recording voice-overs and hosting charity and corporate events. My career highlights include DJing for Robbie Williams at Hampden, presenting on Sydney’s world famous 2day FM & week long outside broadcasts from Vegas, Amsterdam, Ibiza & Jamaica.
The Restaurant Group has employed the services of Paul Harper on several occasions for launch nights and special events in London and in Scotland. His performances have always been to the highest standard and his ability to engage with the audience has delivered a unique feeling within these events. We will continue to employ his services and look forward to welcoming him back to our next launch night.
Paul hosted our launch event at our Toyota dealership in East Kilbride and it was a laugh-a-minute. The live version of “Risk it for a Biscuit” and Paul’s interaction with our customers was great. The general feedback of the overall event was fantastic and Paul played a key part in its success. Paul is every inch the professional and we would definitely not hesitate to use him again for an event like this in the future.
Paul hosted our inaugural Flying Start Ball at The Balmoral in Edinburgh. From our first conversation through to the end of the event itself, Paul was the consummate professional. We spoke regularly in the run up to the event and he worked with us to deliver a fantastic, slick, entertaining evening. He raised more money than our wildest expectations during the live auction and we will defiantly be booking Paul for our next event.
Paul is a longstanding friend of CHAS. He has hosted large scale dinners such as the Easter and Christmas Bashes and has also helped in many other ways. Whether being asked to dress as a Muppet for our children in the hospices or donning his black tie, he has spoken with both enthusiasm & care about our work. Paul engages with his audience injecting both humour & passion. We can’t recommend him highly enough!
